Sketchpad background no pattern

This is a remix that doesn't make use of pattern or clipPath features. In the original, if you increase the height of the rectangle, then thanks to the pattern fill the grid will extend and the punch hole will repeat too. But I've noticed that the pattern doesn't work at all when importing to Scribus and doesn't render seamlessly when importing to LibreOffice Draw.

This remixed version doesn't use pattern but places every grid line individually.
