Russian anti-war flag

This is the flag of Russia, but with the red (the colour of blood) replaced by white (the colour of peace). This flag has been adopted by some Russians opposed to the invasion of Ukraine - see https://www.theguardian.com/world/2022/apr/03/red-is-dead-russian-anti-war-protesters-fly-a-new-flag-for-peace

I’ve put a thin black outline around the flag, so that it can be seen properly against a white background. (If you don’t want this outline it can easily be removed in a text editor: just remove the stroke="#000" in the fourth line.)
