Iraqi Turkmen flag; slightly curved to suggest waving in the wind; with a grey border for use on a background similar to the flag's field colour. A simple colour swap of the flag of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, using the same shade of blue I used in my rendering of the flag of the First East Turkestan Republic.
