Scissors CUT LINE

I tried to remix the traditional scissor logo, present on the cut lines of many products or documents.

I added the cut page with transparency to give additional information.

Also, I made it possible to place a colored background while keeping this strange cut page.

In the end, I hope you can understand the clipart without explanation because that was the goal.

Last comment: I added dark circles under the eyes because cutting paper is tiring work ;-)
