Leoniak's Phi base

The base geometric circle pattern has been expanded to include the phi delimiters required for the next level (Knew) thinking that both Russian and Great Pyramid construction employs.

Produced in FreeCAD and exported to Inkscape as part of a project to convert some of my hand drawn constructions from paper into scale-able digital reproductions. Watch this space for more on that topic, but right now you are in at the ground floor so-to-speak so get graphic-ing and remember to draw freely!

Split the simple construction slash guide circles into discrete and hide-able layers for convenience.
