For the record: here's one of the first vector drawings I made with my new pen tablet. I tested the sensitivity of my tablet (with Inkscape) by making this little drawing.

Because before, I had a graphic tablet, but to have a better position, I changed for a new big tablet without screen. And my back is very happy with this purchase ;-)
