So xsl made this first go, and its the full moon, and im in a war with my landlord. i guess i want them to see what they are up against :-)

this setting gives a neon effect, sort of, which is where the name comes from. and of course houndmouth's 'little neon limelight' album. saw them live once for free; good show!
