Chef with Pizza - Fix Remix

new user @TENT uploaded a clipart of a chef with a pizza (maybe AI generated?) but it had a few problems (like a non-translucent background, some grey artifacts in tracing, missing part of the plate, many objects instead of one making up the clipart etc) so I thought I would offer this "fix remix"... hope that's ok!
