Openclipart PDF Support and Librarian Tools

Openclipart added PDF generation support to every Openclipart image in the collection. Also, in order to better support our Librarians (you too can be one!), we added Google Reverse Image Search to help identify if submissions to the collection are unique and/or previous public domain images on the web.
