Lost in Math

(going back and fixing things,,, should work on firefox now - lost some 'xlinks' on my 'hrefs' - and spruced up a bit with separate orbs and paths and the 'figure 8' decoded into a long,list,of,numbers...)
so while numeria likes math and seems to be able to keep khaos at bay, its really not possible. math makes models of the world which work within their limits. gravity is great until you have three 'bodies' and then you are likely to be flung out of the nice warm solar system you grew up in. numeria and khaos dance with each other.
this is a three body problem simulator translated to svg. there were a bunch of presets on the 'real one' below but i could only get 2 to work. otherwise, you can enter the parameters as a query ?1, ?2 or ?a,whole, bunch,of,numbers described in a title...
please, remix and improve! the 'real' one, in html: evgenii.com/blog/three-body-problem-simulator/
lost in math: a book by en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sabine_Hossenfelder (the current muse of math?)
Liu Cixin - en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Three-Body_Problem_(novel) (a very cool novel and novelist!)
Sick on chronic mathematics / I just wanted to feel music - neko case winnie
(tech oopsie2: using svg paths as arrays is way slower than using javascript arrays and then setting the paths all at once. but if you animate the drawing you can draw longer ones...)
