Setting clock back to Standard Time USA

This is my attempt at a remix of Zona Norte Noticias Ensenada by @Sanchez Lopez. I've remixed it because the original shows the clock being set back from 3 AM to 2 AM. In the USA the clocks are set back from 2 AM to 1 AM to return to Standard Time. There are probably some rough edges on this image because it's my first time actually cropping in Inkscape. All such previous attempts have failed. Also, I didn't reposition things around well.



I think that this image will show up more readily in an English language search. Thanks to @Sanchez Lopez for creating the original.
