Deeva Beaver

A 250lb, up to 8’ long steroid castor with iron-reinforced, serrated hypercanine incisors, a 10in dewclaws and a powerfully muscled tail used for pulling and dragging. This black bear sized creature is an apex architect that "zones" the environment into a stagnant, silt-screened killing field. Unlike the humble castoridea beaver, the Deeva is a proactive, "Territorial Tyrant" that seeks out high flow systems to "choke" them into exclusive, light-starved hunting reserves.
