A deformed just kicked cartoon soccer ball flying through the air. The illustration is from a soccer (football) cartoon in an interwar, Republican-era Chinese literary/cultural magazine cover. — Manually traced in Inkscape. Optimized with SVGOMG. Black lines, white ball background. Includes hites, which originally were uphites, rotated 90°.
