Based on the head from ✂ openclipart.org/352462 ✂ and the question mark from ✂ openclipart.org/304806 ✂

I forced myself to use VectorCraft to edit this. I was relieved that I was mostly able to formulate my intended actions well enough to quickly get instructions on how to do them in Adobe Illustrator and that they worked 1:1 in VectorCraft.
