Bitter Old Man and Kids

For some reason, that looks a bit like Mount Fuji behind them to me. A grumpy old pirate man in a cape stares at two friendly little kids. I don't know if they came over and stole his tea, or if he is just a mean old man, but this guy is seriously having a bad day.
