Dirty Laundry

This is almost a literal representation of the English idiom 'to air dirty laundry in public' or something. Or maybe this guy just likes to hang up his dirty clothes. Maybe he is dyeing his clothes, some sort of early adapter of the tie-dye scene? Who knows!
