One of the least known of American assassinated presidents, I suppose. This guy played a part in a book I read a long time ago, so I think I'll always remember him somehow. Besides, he also shares his name with an infamous cartoon cat. (I made this clipart because of your prompting rejon, you have officially programmed my mind! Aaaah!)
