The cocky Thief with some almost dead batteries after a good nights work

A Thief with bag and flashlight, but batteries almost gone. This guy is good. He had another long night and got the goods. But he never learnt to dress discretly like other The Thiefs out there each night. And he thinks that wearing the cap all tilted is soo cool. He will get caught one night, that is for shure. But what happens to his poor baby sister then, who needs fresh nail polish every Saturday?
A special nod to Lazur URH, who made a very intricate tile, which transmogrified here into an African pagne; real Dutch Wax mind you.
