Another remix of the famous Cartoon owl by lemmling. This is not a pure joke:



It is rather a lighthearted PR attempt; trying to raise awareness for my proposal to upload more clipart for an African audience. I hope for remixes, where appropriate (this one is borderline, as we do not have owls here, wich look more "African" just by their colouring, just a visual wink). And I hope for fresh illustrations, where remixes cannot do the job. Thank you for your consideration and help.
