Stained Glass Guild Sign

According to Wikipedia, this is a guild sign for the glass-making trade. The original photo was in Germany, probably outside the shop of a skilled glass-maker (known as a glazier). The sign appears to be stained glass, and has tools of the trade on it; this guild sign's tools in that fashion seem to be the standard for the trade, although how the sign is created is likely unique to the tradesperson.
