Ornate Picture Frame

This is a revision to the file originally uploaded previously in 2018 January. It corrects issues encountered with Illustrator exporting gradients to PNGs. Other adjustments have also been made regarding some alignment issues I saw. This revision overcomes the issues and now has the gradients properly saved.
