Pixel Anvil remix

I recreated the anvil from scratch. Maybe it is possible to simplify the paths.

Probably this is a browser issue, Firefox does not show the preview image. W3C Validator says the clip is o.k.

Finally Firefox shows the preview picture but some black pixels are missing.
