inkscape 0.92.4 announcement

Just a heads up that inkscape 0.92.4 is now available!

Important notes:

This new version is the first to drop Windows XP support to the past.

On the other hand, Mac users building with Homebrew can enjoy the latest build with an up-to-date poppler library 0.72.0.
