Animated Lights as Marker

Experimented with SVG marker element. Used the animated christmas lights as a marker on the points of a hexagon.



File contains both SMIL and CSS animation examples. As of 9/2018 the CSS animation only works in the Chrome browser. The SMIL animation (default) works in Firefox, Chrome, and Safari
