A Cabbage Tree

A drawing of a cabbage tree native to New Zealand. The ancient Maoris used to plant these near there homes as they attracted wood pigeons. Lovely to eat. Nice to look at but quite messy when you are mowing the lawn as their leaves tangle up the mower blades. Of course the ancient Maoris didn't have that problem.
