256 to 32 pixel

A 256/256 px template to simulate a 32/32 px rendering scaled up to 32/32 px with not much smoothing.

This version has two additional blurring primitives, so those pixels should render less glitchy.

Only thing missing is removing anti-aliasing from the rendering in one way or another.
