Minimalistic chessboard

Urge to overcome myself led me to think again about chesboard.

Size can be reduced even more. Negative values (containing extra minus characters) can be avoided by using of absolute coords.

Size of complete chesboard including bisque background is now 218 bytes.

Version without backround would have 180 bytes only.
