Musical Hotei - remix

I tried a different output of my Hotei photo in FotoSketcher. This time it would not export to SVG, so I saved it in BMP, ran it through potrace, opened the result in Affinity Designer, changed the color, exported to SVG again, and did my usual optimizations and code size reduction.
