Geiger counter schematic with simple explanation of Geiger-Müller tube operation.

The file contains several layers - one all vector for simple exports, then other with drawing only and third with editable text fields so you can easily create translated versions.

This revised version has fixed issues with text field so web PNG export should now work fine. Editable text layer is available in English and Czech, just switch off the first layer in Inkscape and switch on the drawing and proper text layer in English or Czech.
