Moon With Flower

A future Man in the Moon contemplates a new arrival.

The scientists experimented with growing a tiny plant in a thimbleful of lunar regolith, which is that dust that the Apollo astronauts got covered in and kicked up when they visited our main, natural satellite decades ago. This is the first time that an Earthly plant has been grown in "soil" that's not from Earth. The Man-in-the-Moon and the little flower are looking at each other.
