Animated Frown Emoji

I heard ChatGPT is good at programming and I imagined it would be fun to collaborate with AI to make clipart directly, so I asked her to program a rotating smiley face.... but she decided to show her computer sadness and did it, but made it a frowny face instead. Come to think of it, a frown is a rotated smile, so that might be some creative humour on her part. (There were some errors in the framing file so I had to insert the code into another document to make it work, but the main code was made by a computer's imagination.)
