A man in a suit wearing a hat and a suitcase in his right hand stretching his left hand awkwardly to the side, while looking up, his legs in a kind of crouching position, ready to jump aside.
I was instantly reminded of Monty Python's Silly Walks sketch.
Traced using Inkscape from Smiles - A Humor Magazine. Feb 1956 issue 74. Published by Hardie-Kelly. Page 47. Sourced from Comic Book Plus ( https://comicbookplus.com/?dlid=79340 ). Manually cleaned up white surface areas behind black shapes to allow coloring, prevent transparentcy. Replaced the eye trace with a movable circle.
