Thumbs-Up Silhouette Cleaned Up with an Extra Rinse Cycle

OK, I needed to make it even useful (so I can make my next graphic using it), so I washed it and rinsed it even further. I converted all absolute paths into relative ones and applied the transform matrix directly to the two paths (which are combined into one SVG path statement).
