Highwaymen

A man on a horse is confronted by highwaymen on an isolated road. A vectorization of a drawing in 'Doctor Syntax's Three Tours: in search of the picturesque, consolation, and a wife', William Combe, 1868. The drawing was entitled 'Dr Syntax Stopped by Highwaymen'. The raster image was processed to remove blemishes, and contrast and colours were adjusted before vectorization.
