missing image

Oh how we love those linked raster images not showing in the uploads anymore?
They deserve their own substitute.
Knowing openclipart is all for public domain, guess it's safe to assume these are ok to be traced.
Technical background:
the library uses inkscape 0.91 to generate thumbnails for inkscape-drawn svg-s, and webkit to render everything else. Meaning, a raster image linked in the svg codes is either rendered with inkscape's rendition (https://openclipart.org/detail/298618/linked-image-not-found), or this: https://trac.webkit.org/browser/webkit/trunk/Source/WebCore/Resources/missingImage.png?rev=229769 -also as seen in a safari browser.
The question mark missingImage bug was reviewed by Darin Adler.
Would the icon be his original artwork? And public domain?
Well it should be.
Following the logic of hosted cliparts here are public domain, therefore their thumbnails are too.
As such clipart thumbnail can be generated the old "clipart_issue, bitmap_issue" way with a linked raster image.
Anyway, what can you expect from a 16px/16 px sized image.
This clipart is a remix from:
