Please Donate Stamp (remix times three)

This is a remix/refix to correct bitmap issue. The original was uploaded by Malayali. I know it is not exactly the same style of Malayali's. Hopefully, this is close enough to a rubber stamp effect.

The original description --- Stamp with the text "your help is needed" and "please donate now".

Well, it is said “the third time is the charm” and hopefully that will ring true this time around. This is my third remix attempt. The first remix had a rendering issue. With the second remix, some hasty editing on my part caused some shading/color issues.
