Asian Dragon Cartoon

The original tags had a Chinese character for dragon, but with the shape and etc it almost looks like like a Qilin to me. A mythical creature in any case, somewhat like an Asian dragon in most aspects I suppose. I guess we'll say it is a dragon. But could be used as a Qilin in my opinion ... although maybe needs some body modification for that!
