posterize filter pack

With blurring added to simplify the contours of the area's shapes which have the same lightness values, creating a "posterize" effect.



Note, in inkscape 0.91 there was a bug but it renders fine in 0.92.

(Reason of the sloppy thumbnail.)



Check this for the correct rendering or open the svg in chrome.
