Testing the shape-rendering:crispEdges as opposed to shape-rendering:auto.
Just added shape-rendering:crispEdges as a style element to the group of the paths. That ensures each ede to look alias, resulting no smoothing -anti-aliased edges- and no gaps rendered in between.
More resource-friendly solution than duplicating/cloning the graphical content for just "sharper" edges.

This one is saved as inkscape svg to test inkscape 0.91's rendering (outdated version, 1.0 will come out in about a year...).
Added a red rectangle below the triangles so if the edges aren't "filled up" it should show through.
